IBÉRICO EXPERIENCE is a space where the five senses are intensified, where the client can taste the intense flavor of the star product of Spanish and Mediterranean gastronomy and keep a delicious memory in his memory.
The Umami flavor, the fifth flavor, with a long aftertaste and difficult to describe, was discovered in 1908 by the scientist Kikunae Ikeda, a professor at the Imperial University of Tokyo. IBÉRICO EXPERIENCE products are full of Umami. Not only for the unmistakable flavor of Ibérico Bellota Ham, but also for its gourmet sausages, high-quality cheeses, wines and champagne.
Our goal is to offer an authentic, inspiring experience. Interior design & decoration
The interior design project of the new IBÉRICO EXPERIENCE space is created to offer a place with a gourmet category, high quality, elegant, comfortable and personal. A cozy place that remains in the client’s retina, with high-end products to offer an instant of absolute pleasure. It is a clean design, where the product stands out, with a simple but powerful graphic that remains in the memory.
The space is limited by an industrial structure with a modern design but inside it has a classic touch, with elegant furniture, to create a game of sensations where the modern does not clash with the distinguished.
The lights play a fundamental role so that the product is the total protagonist. Every detail has been taken care of, from the wardrobe to the business card to create a universe of great personality that attracts the client to try what we offer here: a bite of the sublime.
Furniture & wardrobe
The furniture and clothing of the restaurant staff complement each other to create a space of high level, modernity, elegance, sobriety and quality. Materials such as linen for the aprons or wood for the bar and ceiling give a touch of authenticity and sobriety.
Norman Cherner-style chairs at the bar with green touches to create an elegant and distinguished modern environment that complements the corporate colors of the logo. Low chairs in the Kuskoa Collection style from the Alki furniture workshop for the low table area in the front area of the bar follow the line of modernity and exclusivity that they want to give to the entire environment.
The space will be clean, with its own image indicating elegance, sobriety and brand.
Materials & finishes
The main materials that are proposed are slate, wood and glass that will be combined to create an elegant and high-class space. The slate is proposed as the main material to be used on the front wall of the establishment. A powerful front, where the product stands out and an authentic space is created with a native material, from the land, 100% Spanish. Formerly it served as a support for writing, and currently it is widely used in roofs due to its high waterproof capacity that makes it difficult to get dirty.
Wood, a natural, warm material strongly linked to human development, is the second element that makes up the space. The wooden slats on the ceiling and on the bar create a pleasant, familiar and familiar environment that creates a very harmonious combination with the slate.
The glass gives the gourmet touch. Used for exhibitors where the product will be placed in a studied way.
