Am I obligated to provide personal data?

SKY MANAGEMENT SERVICES, S.A. will only request the data strictly necessary for the accomplishment of the purpose for which they are collected, so in case they are not provided, the requested service cannot be provided.

How long will we keep your data?

The personal data provided and obtained during the relationship between the interested party and SKY MANAGEMENT SERVICES, S.A. will be kept for a maximum period of 5 years from the last confirmation of interest or as long as a legal provision obliges us to do so, in which case they will be duly blocked and deleted when no longer necessary.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

In compliance with article 6.1 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, we inform you that the legal basis for processing your data is as follows:
